1- What Do I Have to Do to Earn Points?

Earning rewarding points is very easy, simply create an account on our website and start ordering! The more you order, the more points you accumulate.

  • If you sign up, you will get 100 Points!
  • If you placed your first order, you will get 150 Points!
  • If you referred our loyalty program to your friends, you will get 150 Points when your friends place an order.

2- How Much Are Points

For every 1 EGP you spend on eligible products, you will receive 1 point. Each point is equivalent to 7 piasters. “For example: If you spend 100 EGP, you will earn 100 points which are equivalent to 7 EGP”

3- How to Level up?

  • Silver Level from 250 to 700 point
  • Gold Level from 701 to 1500 points
  • Platinum Level from 1501 to 5000 points

4- Do My Points Expire?

You can keep ordering and collecting points, then redeem them whenever you wish during 12 months period after that It will get expired.

5- Can I Get More Than One Reward at a Time?

Yes, you can!

6- Can I Share My Points?

You can convert your points to a coupon code through My Account Page and share the code accordingly.

7- How Do I Redeem Points?

You can redeem your points when checking out, just choose the payment method you would like (Cash – credit – points). You are limited to redeeming the points only through our website.

8- Can I Redeem a Reward & Earn Points in the Same Order?

Unfortunately, no. You can only redeem points on orders that do not include redemption.

9- I Just Made a Purchase and My Points Aren’t There—Can You Help?

10- Are There Any Purchases That Don’t Qualify for Points?

Nope! All your purchases qualify for points, even our offers, however, any points acquired will be calculated after any discounts are applied and you cannot gain new points in the same transaction where you are redeeming points. You’ll always gain points on your orders; however, tax fees and delivery fees do not qualify for point rewards.

11- What happens to my points If the order Is canceled or refunded?

If your order was canceled or refunded for any given reason, the points earned on this order will be removed from your account.

12- When do i earn my points?

you will get your points for each order within 24 hours of purchase.
